Ayur means life, Veda means the science of life, and Aromatherapy is the holistic application of oils for the well-being of humans and animals.

Ayurvedic Aromatherapy is based on five pillars (directions) and five tantras (techniques). This 7,000-year-old ancient practice is the world’s oldest holistic system.

  3. Kama (Sex) Urja- The sexual energy

  4. Shvash & Bhava- Breath and Emotions

- Krishana Chaitanya

Krishana resides in the Himalayas, leads a holistic lifestyle, and in addition to working with essential oils, engages in daily spiritual practices and meditation. Years of deep study of aromatherapy, both in India and abroad, as well as distilling essential oils by Nisarga Farms Organic (which Krishana co-founded) – allowed him to launch the Mysore School of Ayurveda Aromatherapy (MSA) in 2018 with the support of many spiritual people from all over the world.

Since the beginning of 2023, thanks to the expansion of the MSA School team, courses and training webinars have become available not only for English-speaking but also for Russian-speaking participants. By special request in the beginning of 2023, 3 months online course “Ayurvedic Aromatherapy, Level 2” – for professionals in the field of Aromatherapy from Russia, was organized by herbalist and aromatherapist Nadezhda Alatortseva.

In June 2023, a two-day intensive seminar on “Ayurvedic Aromatherapy and the Power of Marma” was held in Moscow, which Krishana taught in person.

And now, by popular demand, we are pleased to announce 2023 autumn season’s the basic course “Ayurvedic Aromatherapy, Level 1”, which will be of interest to both professionals and beginners who are eager to learn the ancient knowledge of Ayurveda using the tools of Aromatherapy.

Many aspects of the ancient Ayurvedic Aromatherapy or Sugandhima Veda are difficult to find in the public domain, as this knowledge is protected and shared among the few true followers of Ayurveda and spiritually evolved people in India. Krishana believes that such knowledge should not be limited to specific people and must be shared to all the people with right intention.

Objectives of the Course

Picture9

Krishana says that for a human being to expand, develop and blossom like a fragrant flower beyond the limitations and conditions created by oneself and society, and to realize maximum potential, we must strive to live for something more, beyond just work or business or trying to fit in with society.

This is only possible when there is a deep understanding of the life around us and of our own true nature.

Ayurveda says that anyone can achieve a state of inner wholeness, regardless of upbringing or location. We just have to under one’s own nature and tune it with the existence. When all areas of our lives, from eating and sleeping to thinking and entertainment, come into harmony with our innate energetic structure, then we begin to live exactly as nature intended us to live.

Our 21st century is dominated by the digital age and internet. At one level it has made life more easy, fast and connected; and at other level there is tremendous rise of conscious and unconscious stress in people everywhere. Ayurvedic Aromatherapy with essential oils and meditation offer a great solution to achieve harmony, balance, peace, and a sense of life satisfaction for yourself, your family and society.

Ayurvedic Aromatherapy, known in India as Sugandhim Veda, helps us to realize our nature and drawing on everyone’s individual characteristics, apply knowledge and practices to achieve complete harmony and holistic living.
